Drilling Fluids Engineering
Design, optimisation and on-site engineering of WBM, OBM and synthetic fluid systems, with real-time mud-property monitoring, hydraulics and hole-cleaning optimisation — our strongest technical differentiator.
Solids Control
Supply, rig-up and operation of complete solids-control packages — shale shakers, mud cleaners, desanders, desilters and decanting centrifuges — integrated with the fluids programme to maximise removal efficiency.
Waste Management
Management of drill cuttings and associated waste streams from shaker to final disposal, with treatment, manifested transport and regulator-ready documentation in full compliance with NUPRC and NESREA requirements.
Fishing & Rental Services
Downhole fishing diagnosis and supervised execution, supported by a rental inventory of jars, overshots, spears, milling tools, BHA components and handling equipment — mobilised quickly to minimise rig waiting time.
Environmental Consultancy
Upstream environmental advisory covering baseline studies, EIA/EER support, drilling-waste and effluent monitoring, oil-spill contingency planning and regulatory and community interface.
Procurement Services
Specification-controlled sourcing of OCTG, drilling chemicals, spares and consumables through an established overseas and OEM network, with vendor qualification, expediting, inspection and full test documentation.
Filtration Services
Completion- and brine-fluid filtration to specified clarity and micron targets, plus mud and process-fluid filtration, using filter units, cartridges and DE systems — protecting reservoir permeability and completion equipment.
Provision of Rigs
Sourcing, mobilisation and management of fit-for-purpose drilling and workover rig units — including swamp and barge logistics — rigged up, commissioned and integrated with the full SBNL drilling-support package.
